Foreign HR uses a lot of foreign workers to front for them, including Ted, Mike, David, and Maggie (they also change their names often) and you will not realize you were scammed until you get China and nothing is what was promised. They know you cannot call the police because they deliberately did not give you a Z Visa that lets you work legally.
