Volunteering at an orphanage with young children is always what I wanted to do for a while. I came to Cambodia as I wanted tolearn about Khmer culture and know more about its history. Volunteering Phnom Penh was a great experience, which I will remeber for the rest of my life. It has been rewarding and I will always miss the wonderful children and people I meet on my trip. Thanks to Volunteering Solutions who made this trip possible and also to the local staff namely Anica. Will definately recommend this to others!

I enjoyed my experience in Thailad and I highly recommend anyone wanting to go on the trip through Volunteering Solutions. If you have the money and the time, I say why not go? That was the first time I ever went to Thailand so it was more personal for me too to be able to see the country and stuff. The support from the office in India was great and they have all information that was important in time.
I did the orphanage placement in Bangkok earlier this year. I was provided a apartment accommdation for myself and I had all that i needed: washing machine, kitchen, bathrooms in each room. To be honest, I felt really safe. The coordinator uswin was also very helpful in every way possible.
The place was located about 50 min from city ceter and it was great to work with these lovey children and caring staff. Once I finished my work everyday I could go around town and see things, as Ayutthaya has so much to see and do. It is full of temples and in the evening there are nice places to hang out like - Tonys place and Jazz bar. You will always get people here from around the world to spend quality time in th evening. The places close down early so if you are planning to do late night .. I would suggest you to start early.

My experiences with Volunteering Solutions were great. Everyone I dealt with was nice and were helpful from start till the end. Everything was done in an efficient manner, and me and my parents were left feeling safe before I left for Peru.
The program offers good value for money and we were provided host family accommodation and great meals everyday. Jenny was great to have as a coordinator and I loved to go to the Machu Pichu trip which was arranged by Sahil at Volunteering Solutions.
I would recommend them and would be going on my next trip to Ghana in 2010.

The programs across the 3 countries that I travelled were great! The staff were so nice and welcoming in all locations. Sahil was very helpful to me before I left for my trip and was always in touch if I wanted some info. I found that the program offers everything tahat you pay for including travel Insurance! which is amazing as it's prices are very reasonable as such..
I would definately be travelling with them next summer to South America.

Overall volunteering experience with volunteering solutions was really bad. I found that this is family business, they have lots of relatives, never pay money to project. I wasn't picked up from the Airport. I love Indian food. I am a little concerned. I'm getting so discouraged and do not recommend this organization. Please write me if you have any concern. Overall the program was terrible. The staffs were kind but no language and culture. Beware of this organization
