You can go with Sankalp as I had a rewarding experience with them Smiley I miss them so much, it is really difficult being back home, I really wish I could come back now and see them. Sankalp website - www.volunteeringindia.org thanks, Heini

What kind of project do you want to do? I used Leave ur mark and thought it was great. It's a small organization, which I actually prefer. You can message me if you want for more details about my experience. Otherwise just go to their website: http://www.leaveurmark.com

BEWARE !!!! It’s really strange that website http://www.leaveurmark.com/ having addresses of other countries at their contact page. This website is registered in India by an Indian guy Chethan Prabhakar and running volunteer projects for India but they don’t have an Indian Address Huh BEWARE !!!!

Relax dude lol...you sound like you're about to punch a wall or something haha. It's just a program...NOT THE END OF THE WORLD. Leave UR Mark is not run by Chetan Prabhakar (that is the owner of the website design company). There is no physical address in India as it is a volunteer-run organization and the marketing offices are in NY and Australia. What is the point of having an Indian office? Volunteers are taken to a guest house in India and work at various NGOs and professional companies. The only point of having an Indian office would be to add extra monthly fees to each volunteer, bringing up the cost from $1,350 to several hundred dollars more than that. Sorry but my program cost me a little less than $4,000 for 4 months of an internship....I'd rather not use a huge company with corporate offices everywhere and pay $11,000 like I almost did with EF. Do your research, contact the company, contact previous volunteers before crying wolf. Leave UR Mark is still awesome!!
