CSA- Study French in Sorbonne - Organization not helping with paperwork

Perhaps somebody can advice me what to do: My daughter used CSA- Center for Study Abroad- to do one year of French studies at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. This was in 2012-2013. Overall her experience was good, however, i have been trying to contact CSA my phone (not working), or email (since over a year) to no avail. I am trying to get a written statement that i paid CSA, and i seem not to be able to get their attention. Can anybody advice me what to do? Thanks!
