We were always told that the Chinese would scam us alive at every turn. That may be true, but the last three people who scammed me in China were all fellow foreigners to the tune of $12,000. I then did some reading and found out I was not the only one. Over 60% of the scammers, skimmers, and identity thieves in China are now foreigners and are listed at https://reddit.com/r/ChinaScamPatrol.
