Scam Alert: Foreign HR, Haida HR, & Gi2C now buying fake referrals on Facebook to cheat China job applicants!

These veteran scam artists are getting more and more resourceful every year. Not only do they all use a bunch of alias company names to fool people and evade a bad reputation online, they are now buying false testimonials and referrals on Facebook and Twitter for $5 each according to a former founding member of the China Teachers Alliance as you can read here: https://eslwatch.info/en/eslwatch-forum/china/964-scam-warning-4-tefl-es... It is also being discussed at Reddit in the Scams sub.

Those affected by this scam are mostly ESL & TEFL teachers looking to teach abroad in China. And since they are slow to trust the word of someone in another company, what better way to persuade them than to give them Facebook users right in their own country who will assure them that Haida HR, Foreign HR, and Gi2c are all very honorable and ethical people, when in fact they are not ---- https://scam.com/entry.php?8810-88-of-TEFL-amp-ESL-Frauds-originate-from...

These recruiters are notorious for telling job applicants to lie on their visa applications (a felony crime), work illegally in China without the mandatory Z visa, skimming 30%-66% of their wages, stealing their earnings with fake tax deductions, and bogus deposits, and selling them fake documents that get 50% of them arrested! https://chinascampatrol.wordpress.com/2017/05/26/329-china-foreign-teach...

So please share this link with you friends and do not trust anyone in China who offers you a "wonderful opportunity" if they cannot answer 7 simple questions for you: http://opnlttr.com/letter/china-esl-tefl-teacher-school-recruiter-blackl...

Goodluck and welcome to China where things are not always as they appear to be at first nor even second glance!
